Something not quite right? We are not too proud to admit that we may get it wrong sometimes. When it happens, please let us know. We want to know if we are not spot on in meeting your expectations it is the best way we can work on fixing it.

Naturally, getting your problem fixed is your number one concern here is how to go about it:

1. Talk to us. We may be able to solve your problem straight away. Most things can be resolved with a quick chat.
2. If your issue is more complex, we will assign a staff member to assist you. That way you will know who is handling your complaint and who can answer your questions. Also, we will keep you up to date on what is happening along with the way so you dont have to wonder.
